1) What information do media companies use to create a demographic profile of their audience?

2) Why are media companies and advertisers increasingly using audience profiling and not just demographics?

3) What are the seven different Pychographic groups? 
. The Aspirer
. The Explorer
. The Mainstreaner
. The Reformer
. The Succeeder 
. The Resigned
. The Struggler





4) Write a brief summary of what each Psychographic group is seeking or motivated by.
The Aspirer are interested in luxury goods and prefer to be stylish. 
The Struggler tends to not think much about the future.
The Resigned are older people who built their attitudes overtime.
The Succeeder believe that they deserve the best.
The  Explorer tends to explore new things.
The Reformer are not influenced by status and seek enlightenment.



5) What psychographic group or groups do YOU belong in? Think about your own interests and lifestyle and explain your decision. Remember, you may fit into two or three different groups! 

I'm more likely to be The Struggler and The Resigned.

. They use race, ethnicity, education, and locations of that specific audience.

. Because they want to sell their products to that group of people
